This book is dense, but it gives power evidence of the importance of sleep. If you’re an adult not giving yourself a 7-9 hour sleep opportunity, you are damaging your health, cognitive ability, appearance, mood, and immune system, and increasing your risk of cancer and dementia. Sleep is so important!!!
